We are on our way back to Bali from such an awesome event. Mihuzo just gave their staff a staff incentive or staff reward day. Held at the Shangri La in Jakarta the team of 300 staff lived it up big time!

Arie Daging was being a ridiculously funny host for the day. What a funny dude!

Also magician extraordinare Eki Lydian from Jakarta blew the audience away with a handful of seriously good tricks. There was one trick that actually made me feel a little sick inside. …the one with the nail under one plastic cup where he has to choose the cups without the nail and them with his hand…urgh!!

Then it was InRhythm. The event was all about reaching your potential for customers. So our theme for the audience was all about them achieving their potential first. How else can you help people achieve their potential if you haven’t achieved yours first.

With all 300 team players with a drum in hand I asked them to make their way to the front of the stage. As people came forward an amazing thing happened. Everyone started to play their drum…and in fantastic rhythm. By the time everyone was at the front of the stage we had the house rocking.

All 300 people had smiles from ear to ear, playing amazing harmonious music together as one team. People were genuinely excited and in a real state o joy. Smaller groups of people started to get really creative and made up there own rhythms which worked perfectly with the music.
