Case Study: Monsanto Singapore team building and corporate retreat
Our goal was to bring 150 Monsanto team members together from countries
such as USA, Singapore, Australia, Mexico, Philippines, Pakistan and
India. The retreat was held at Bintan Lagoon Resort, Bintan, just a 50
minute ferry ride from Singapore. The objective was a combination of
building the team, motivation, staff reward and re-energizing the group
after conferencing.
Our body percussion and interactive drumming event proved the perfect
solution. Team leaders were amazed at how fast and at how engaged the
group was. One team member commented that it was so powerful because no
one was speaking and that was the refreshing thing. It meant that
everyone was unusually present and "turned on".
The beauty of this event for Monsanto is that it fulfilled multiple
objectives in just one event and did so within a very tight schedule.
